Order When ordering on our website, you will receive an automatic email from us, in which you can see your order details. Please note that the automatic response is NOT a legally binding order confirmation. It is merely an electronic receipt for your order. HOMEe can therefor cancel the order, if there should be any typing errors, technical problems, delivery problem or likewise.
A legally binding order confirmation / bill will be sent with your goods. As a registered person you can at any time have the right to inspection and can object according to the Danish law on personal security.

Prices If nothing else is stated, all prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT
Payment Payment of ordered products can be done online via credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard and Dankort etc. Sensitive payment information is transferred encrypted between the customer and HOMEe. Personal data (name, address etc.) are not encrypted.
Shipping and delivery HOMEe will try to forward orders in 1-4 working days (packages sent through Post Danmark weighing less than 20 kg.) after ordering. Ordered products are normally always sent together. Should HOMEe not be able to send the orders products in the mentioned time, we will inform you.
You will only pay for shipping once, no matter how many products you order. The shipping costs depend on e.g. pieces, weight, and place of delivery. These costs can be seen on HOMEe while and after ordering. Excepts when otherwise agreed, you can cancel the deal, if you haven’t received your order after 14 days after ordering.
HOMEe is responsible for the goods, until they are delivered. The delivery has to be signed off. If more than one product has been ordered, the order may be split into more than one delivery and may not be delivered on the same day.
Right to return With HOMEe you have the right to return your goods in the first 14 days, according to the Danish law on consumer deals, §17. The goods must be returned in the same condition and number as delivered.
Exception: Software must always be returned in the unbroken and sealed package.

How to return the goods: 1) Do not accept delivery of the goods. Or. 2) Send the goods back to HOMEe. The buyer bears all costs for returning the goods.
HOMEe will transfer the ordered amount after having received the goods.
Complaints According to the Danish law of sale, you have 24 months to complain about all goods after buying. Should you detect a fault or defect on one of your goods, please contact HOMEe as soon as possible and describe the fault or defect. Should a fault or defect be found, HOMEe will have them replaced or repaired.
Reservations and disclaimer Tax changes, faults in prices, corrections, technical problems. Sold out goods and force majeure etc. are reserved by HOMEe, incl. delivery problems with subcontractors.
